This shirred top is made from a brown floral print cotton fabric. Shirring = stretchy, so this top will fit both the small (default) and medium busts. Not tested on larger bust sizes.
The edges of the top are finished with a small zigzag stitch. The shirring gives a slight ruffle to the top and bottom edge of the top. This top just slides on over the arms (with head removed) without the need for velcro or snaps in the back.
